These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the focus-point-hub.com website, owned by Focus-point-hub S.R.L. Use of the site implies full acceptance of the conditions described here.
1. Purpose
Focus-point-hub offers educational content, downloadable guides and informational consultancy services on personal finance. The site does not market financial products and does not constitute investment, lending or insurance advice.

The user agrees to use the site in accordance with the law, morality and public order, refraining from any behaviour that could damage the image, interests or rights of Focus-point-hub or third parties.
3. Newsletter subscription
Subscription to the newsletter is free and voluntary. By subscribing, the user authorises Focus-point-hub to send electronic communications about financial literacy, news and training activities.

6. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the city of La Paz, unless legal provisions state otherwise.
